To help prevent package theft from your front door or porch, you may request a signature requirement upon delivery. There is no extra charge to you. Just type "signature requested" in the comment area of the checkout page and/or send us an email with your request. Please note that for everyone's protection, higher dollar amount orders, may require a signature for delivery.

We can also ship by Express Priority Mail, which is typically next day delivery. Please contact us for a shipping quote, but note that pricing starts at $26.20.
We ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, with the exception of a few indicated items which ship directly from our suppliers along with a few indicated large items which ship by ground service. Most orders ship the next day and should be received in 2 to 4 business days. Arizona orders should be received in 1 - 2 days.
Some items may be out of stock or require special order; in this case shipping will take longer. We DO NOT ship outside of the United States. Goods ordered and received outside of Arizona are NOT charged sales tax. Shipping is free for all orders over $99.00. All delivery dates are typical but are not guaranteed. We do not ship on all Saturdays or on major US holidays.
While we take great care in describing products; however, sizes and weights may be approximate and pictures are not necessarily to scale. Slight variations may occur between product pictured and product received; these differences are not considered defects as much of our product is handmade. We reserve the right to correct any errors and/or omissions.
The Irish Gift House accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover as forms of payment and these credit cards must be issued by a US bank and the respective card must have a verifiable US billing address. We do not accept checks and we do not accept American Express.
All prices and transactions are listed in US Dollars. Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
The Irish Gift House Jewelry Warranty: We sell only the finest quality Irish made jewelry. Should any of our fine jewelry prove to be defective during the first year of normal wear, we will replace or repair it at no charge. Proof of purchase is required, but our customers do not need to present their receipt as we have a record of all transactions. For security reasons, we do NOT keep your credit card information on file.
Our Minimum Order Amount is $12.95.
We are always happy to gift wrap your selections & include a gift note at NO extra charge. Just type what you would like us to write on the gift note in the comments area at checkout.
Refund and Exchange Policy: Our policy at The Irish Gift House is we try to treat you as we would expect to be treated if we were the customer. Items returned for exchange or refund are credited for shipping charges, however; in the case of a defective or incorrect item(s) you will be credited for your return shipping charges. We ship all exchange or replacement items without any shipping charge.
Q: What if you order the wrong item?
A: You get a Mulligan. The Irish Gift House has a no fault exchange policy for most items. Just send the "wrong" item back to us (this is at your cost) and we will send the "correct" item to you without any shipping charge.
Items returned must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Clothing must be returned with the original tags attached. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase; please contact us for a return authorization number and our return PO Box mailing address. Please do not return any item without first contacting us. Please note return exceptions below.
Personalized and Coat of Arms Product: Please be certain about accuracy (spelling, size, design, etc.) when ordering personalized product. Once we have placed your personalized product order with our respective suppliers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Custom wedding bands are subject to a re-stocking charge if returned for a refund. The restocking fee does not apply toward your first size related exchange.
