Book of Kells brooch features a Celtic cross on a rhodium-plated, over solid brass shield that is enhanced with interlaced Trinity knots and an interwoven Celtic knot-work border. The Celtic cross brooch is further enhanced with blue and red enamel. The Celtic brooch measures 1 5/8” diameter; it is complete with a hinged straight pin that locks securely.
The Celtic brooch is inspired by the famous Book of Kells, Ireland’s finest national treasure. It is crafted by Solvar Jewelry, Dublin, Ireland; it is gift boxed with Celtic cross and Celtic knot history card, complements of The Irish Gift House.
