Irish coasters feature the quintessential Irish blessing and a brilliant landscape along with green shamrocks and a capital letter M that features a Book of Kells inspired font, incorporating interlaced Celtic knot-work into the colorful artwork. The Irish blessing motif is printed on cork-backed absorbent stone. The stone Irish coasters measures approximately 4" wide x 4" tall x 1/4" thick; they may be used with both hot or cold beverages.

Irish blessing coasters are designed by Derry Artist Peter Townsend, from Northern Ireland, and Dutch watercolorist Lia Schaffer, who were both students at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rotterdam Holland. They have combined their talents and techniques to bring you these Irish coasters, which are printed on absorbent stone.
