The Belleek Lady of Knock sculpture is inspired by the August 21, 1879, apparition of the Virgin Mary at Knock, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Our Lady of Knock is the only depiction of the Virgin Mary where her hands are apart and not together in prayer. The Belleek statue is made of fine china with embossed detailing, including Celtic knot-work on her gown, and is enhanced with gold accenting along with the words, Our Lady of Knock, at the base.
The Belleek China Virgin Mary statue stands 11” tall. It is handcrafted in Belleek, Ireland; it is gift boxed with a Celtic knot history card, compliments of The Irish Gift House.
